You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Custom-configured items, software licenses, or downloadable products are non-returnable unless defective.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@techmounthub.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
If you wish to exchange a product, contact our support team. Exchanges are allowed only for the same item category and value.
